And, more importantly, how should we direct our community to use Discussions vs. Issues, if we activate this feature in the Instructor Training curriculum repository? Should everything start as an Issue and be moved to Discussions at the discretion of the Maintainers? Or can we offer clear guidelines on determining the difference? Where should those guidelines live?
