Consider modifying "donations" to a "donation/loan" stacked chart in the donation/expenditures charts #114

Right now we lump donations and loans into a single "donations" calculation. I think it would be clearer if we instead had this as stacked bar chart.

Marjorie is interested in doing this for the summary tables, too. I could see pulling out "Total contributions" into two tables, "Donations" and "loans," and showing that they add up to the total contribution amount.

Rather than using areaspline, which is fussy about binning, we can accomplish this by simply drawing another line on the chart.
