A small issue with the 0.10.0 release.

The 0.10.0 release failed to add a lone doc/CMakeLists.txt to doc/Makefile.am which
means a release built from 0.10.0 cannot then build a release in which cmake
will work. A second generation problem.

Adding one line (as shown by this diff)

     EXTRA_DIST = \
     Doxyfile \
    +CMakeLists.txt \
     mips_extensions.mm \
     mips_extensions.pdf \

to doc/Makefile.am
Fixes the problem.

It is fixed as shown (on github) for the next release, called 0.10.1 .
