Project Leads and Collaborators to organise work agile

@daveshap I think a key part of motivation and support for the project was when you were doing daily standups. It gave viability and a sense of progression as goals were accomplished on a daily basis. Maybe is we had technical leads for the different main goal of the project, there could be some sort of system where techies recorded a 2 min overview a week of what happened for you to compile in a progress report video or similar. What do you think?
