dbt-meshify connect command

Opening up a discussion for the next big meshify command - connect.

Similar to the split command, the connect command should automate the "mesh" refactoring work given a set of repositories that are currently connected via the "source hack":

• identify overlap between given repositories (what nodes are defined as models in one project, and sources in another) and replace source references with cross-project references
• apply model governance to relevant models (models that were previously defined as sources in one project, should be public, contracted models in the upstream project)
