WHOA. Just now realized the search form structure was all changed up. fieldset is more appropriate for checkboxes and radio buttons. Sometimes to group other things. But a search field is a form, in and of itself. I'll take some time later this week to see how to get the appropriate input type search to work with this, while adding back the form element.
