- New: Automatic Full Project Installation. When creating a new project the extension will perform the entire installation and configuration so you have a fully functional site. Still in Beta, it can be disabled in the extension settings "automaticallyInstallProjectFiles". Full project installation work for the majority of project types: WordPress, Drupal 10, Drupal 9, Laravel, Moodle, Shopware 6, PHP, Typo3, Statamic, Silverstripe, CraftCMS and Backdrop. No idea how to install Magento without the need of credentials
- New: Automatically Configure Debugger. The extension will automatically configure the launch.json and tasks.json files to automatically enable/disable Xdebug when step debugging. This feature can be disabled in the extension settings
- New: Use the command palette to list and open your DDEV projects in the current editor or a new window, similar to what the extension Project Manager does.
- New: Added new options in the sidebar project menu to open project in editor and open in a new editor window.
- New: When importing a database and the project type is WordPress, the extension will check the imported database tables prefix and offer to update it to match DDEV
