Why?

We are maintaining quite a few CSS framework extras, while we are actually using only a couple of them.

We need some data about their popularity in order to decide which ones to keep, drop or assign to dedicated maintainers.

Please, upvote the extras that you use in your projects by clicking on the up arrows in the survey list.

The results are quite clear already. We are discontinuing the following extras:

• foundation
• materialize
• semantic
• uikit

Their users will have the following options:

• Copy the extra file from the version 8.+ and commit it into the repositories that use it
• Take over the maintenance and publish your own gem

We will support your self-maintained extra or gem with any advice you may need. Just ask in the discussions area and we will be happy to help as usual, but while adding an extra file is very easy to maintain for you, removing a few extras from the pagy core (maintenance, testing, docs, etc) makes things quite easier for us.
