Linked References Are Not Categorized to Deck

I have a page called "Italian/Conjugation" with some content written on the pageitself but the majority of the content is simply linked using hashtags(#Italian/Conjugation). However, only the blocks directly on Italian/Conjugation get put into a corresponding deck in Anki. Perhaps I am newbie, but I would assume if a block/card is linked to a page there would be an attempt to put those "Linked References" into a deck of the linked page. How do I go about taking my linked references make sure they go the deck I want?
