Add a log line to warn a mismatch of total vs meta files #51

For users its confusing if they have 60 files (30 .txt 30 .meta.json) that we are reporting 30 or 60 files depending on the log line.
We should:

add an explanation that we are only counting the raw files and add the separate count for meta.json
