To ease tracking and scoping our issues section should have a few templates:

general question - fairly open ended, not 100% sure what we want in there, defer for now?
issue/bug report, as a minimum we might want
- dkms version and origin distro package, self built, etc
- distribution name/version
- project/source url of dkms component being build
- step-by-step commands to reproduce the issue - basically something that we can automate, at least partially
