Request a delta-docker built on alpine-os or debian os.

Dear community,

I hope this finds you well. I'm reaching out to request an enhancement for the delta-docker build. Currently, the build is based on ubuntu, and its brand has licensing conflicts for enterprise usage, and due to these specific licensing issues which aren't similar to Apache 2.0 licenses, I propose that we explore building the delta-docker image on either Alpine OS or Debian OS.
