As a VFS team member, I want to be able to rely on the guidance in my Collaboration Cycle Request ticket so that I can ensure my team is prepared for any upcoming touchpoint.

Description

Governance team introduced a new QA standard via ticket # for logging silent failures. However, we did not update the QA artifacts guidance that lives in already open Collab Cycle Request tickets.

The purpose of this ticket is to make modifications to our script for updating the Collaboration Cycle Request ticket to include a line for the new logging silent failures standard, and then execute the script. The assignee should follow this guidance for making changes to the open Github issue tickets.
