Creating a new Derby app

Requesting an easy way to create a sample Derby app.

Maybe just an npx something something something command?

Could name it create-derby-app, similar to create-react-app.

Not sure if Craig or I will have time to write an app creation tool in the next month or two, though, since we've committed to some other stuff.

I'm actually asking because it's not quite clear how to create a Derby app with the derby-webpack and so on. Also maybe some others bundling options could be considered (Vite etc.).
