[Feature Request] Show Full Right Menu List When Right Cliking On The Blank #467

Right Cliking On The Blank does not behave as right clicking on the folder. Menus added by Applications such VS code "Open by Code" does not show up like explorer.exe. I don't know if this is a bug or neglected feature. Hope this will work as expected in futures versions.
