Add Up/Downvotes to Comments

Sometimes in the comments of an image you'll see a really funny reply that makes you audibly laugh, or a well-written fic that someone put a lot of effort into, and it kind of gets drowned out by the current comment system.

One of the features I really like about other booru platforms is the ability to upvote or downvote comments, the reason being that even if the score itself doesn't mean anything, it allows you to more easily sort through the wall that comments make without one. (Seriously, that little bit of color and extra space makes all the difference.) Plus, it lets people know their thoughts or jokes or fics are actually being seen and are appreciated by other users.
