Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a mod has claimed a report on an image, other mods should have a "reminder" that they should check with them before taking any action on an image (unless there's need for urgency).

Describe the solution you'd like
If an image is reported, that report status should be visible on the page for site staff. Additionally, if that report is claimed, there should be a pronounced notice about it and "suggesting" they speak with the mod that has the report claimed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An additional confirmation prompt with the claim status when deleting an image.

Additionally, whether a an image (or comment?) is reported could be something visible to staff from the image page itself without need to access the Manage section. If possible, would even be nice to have such a thing reflected in the image gallery (ie. some sort of highlight on an image thumbnail / stat bar in gallery lists).

Worths mentioning that resolving a dupe report will close all reports about merged image. This should be somehow managed as well.
