[Feature Request] - start session one by one in sequence

When you have 100 sessions and more (especially in WEBJS) and container got restarted - it'll start 100 sessions at once when you've done.
100 chrome instances is nightmare, we need to thinkg about the way to run it in sequence, like one by one with a delay or may be waiting until the previous session is not in STARTING 🤔 but probably blocking the manual /start request (or not, why should we)
