Unable to change Layout, Display order and Speed units configuration settings. They reset back to default after closing the configuration dialog.

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
Kernel Version: 6.0.7-arch1-1 (64-bit)
