Do we have a way where we can automatically save all the session and restore on launch

I would suggest using a little wrapper script to launch kitty which handles this?

Can't we just subscribe to some sort of event on command executed to re-run this script and then use startup_session in the conf file to auto restore?

Could we abuse the draw_tab() function to do that?
