Make I/O wait in CPU load optional defaulting to exclude I/O wait #46

I noticed when wiping multiple discs that simple monitor displays one or more cores running at 100%. This is due to simple monitor displaying the sum of user, system, nice AND I/O wait when displaying CPU load.

The problem with this is that the CPU isn't really loaded or slow due to 100% load because I/O wait does not load the CPU. The cores are idle. This was tested with all 8 cores at 100%.

So what I would like to see is an option in the simple monitor configuration to include/exclude I/O wait in calculating CPU load with the default being to exclude I/O wait.
