Requirement 1.e.iii: If no cells are selected this display will not appear.
Expected: Possible values display is hidden.
Observed: Display from last game persists.
Test Data: test_load_near_solved.txt
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch application
  2. Load the test data.
  3. Solve the puzzle.
  4. Click the new button.
