Change language around 'saving' in Territory View

In MD territory View when you go to save it says:

"Changeset Comment" - this isn't a very clear instruction for people, people might think that you are saving a file with a name as in other applications. Perhaps some text explaining that this is a way of tracking back about the changes that you made if needed.

And the 'add field' box I think we should just hide altogether for the moment, perhaps useful for advanced users but not simple or straightforward.

Also at the bottom it has option of: Download osm changefile - we should remove the OSM part and replace with Mapeo, but is this necessary at all to have - again, perhaps just something for advanced users so maybe hide it.
