Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Split the test data generators into a different repo so we can reuse them for the upcoming RestAssured framework

Describe the solution you'd like
Test data generators should be in the https://github.com/digital-delivery-academy/test-data-generators repo instead of here. This project should depend on that project.
