[enhancement] New field for brands

Currently the "name" field contains both the brand and the product name, sometimes with a ":" separator:

Walkers : Stem Ginger Biscuits
Walkers White Chocolate & Raspberry Biscuits
Waterthins Fine Wafer Crackers, Classic
Weggli Thon
Weight Watchers : Ananas-Scheiben
Weight Watchers Flûtes Leinsamen

It could be useful to separate the brand from the product name, especially as the product name can be language specific.

In Open Food Facts we have an array for the brands, so that we can put brands + sub brands.
