Format of units and nutrients

Units
After I had a short look on the datasets of the Open Food Repo, I noticed that the units are not normalized and appear in different variants. I think it would be much better to have all units lowercase.

Nutrients
As far as I can tell, majority of the nutrients are listed in lowercase with underscores, but there are a few exceptions. I think it would make sense to replace the hyphens with underscores as well, to have a common format for the nutrients.

provitamin_a_-carotene
omega-6_fatty_acids
