Expose timeout and make it adjustable in automations

1. When a door is left open ( broken sensor, intentionally in hot summer days), then I would like the timeout to be longer. Otherwise the lights will go off too often
2. When experimenting with the timeout, I do not want to restart hass at every change of the timeout

Expose the timeout and make it adjustable in automations.
Perhaps even expose a slider to change the timeout period.

Describe alternatives you've considered
specify in yaml a second timeout period for the first-mentioned use case. I believe that is a solution that is too specific for that use case.
