Поставил свежую версию прямо из архива.
Не запустились новые окошки
консоль выдает ошибку 404 до JS и CSS из папки {THEME}/ajax/

Проблема решилась путем добавления {THEME}/ajax/.htaccess

с содержимым

Order Deny,Allow Allow from all
