libjvm builds are broken #5

Currently building libjvm is broken, and we are falling back to UMA for builds. I suspect the issues are the same as the redirector (see #3 ). Namely

We are linking against shared libraries when we shouldn't
We are clobbering the output with the different libraries for the different build levels
