New Features

Added colors to --help. Optionally disable with NO_COLOR=1.
Simplified --no-empty-before and --no-empty-after to --no-empty. Old flags are preserved for backwards compatibility.
Special workspaces now close by default when switching workspaces. Optionally disable with --keep-special.
License changed to GPLv3+ since hyprland-rs is GPL'd.
