Android subscription message - open this app to confirm your plan

I have a user who had an android subscription. The user cancelled the subscription, but then re-subscribed.

Under the Google Subscription for the app it has a status of "Confirm Plan" in red, and there is a message that says:

"Open this app before Jun 28, 2024 to confirm your plan. Unconfirmed plans will automatically be deleted."

Searhing hasn't turned up much on this topic. Does anyone have any thoughts on this message and how to handle this for my customer. Opening the app doesn't do anything to change the confirmation status.
