Automatically generate mic allocation sheets

Once mic allocations are configured, DigiScript should provide a button to:

• generate a new tab/window HTML document showing:
• A table listing cast members as rows and scenes as columns
• where characters have mics in scenes, list the mic number,
• where mics change quickly (no scene gap), highlight the scenes for both cast members
• A table listing of mics as rows and scenes as columns, with cast members in each cell.
• (nice to have) Allocations per cast member of scenes against mic number
• The system print dialog should auto open.
