Generate x32tc config for mics and scenes

It would be nice if DigiScript can write a x32 Theatre control config file that configures the list of mics and DCA mappings for each scene as a starting point for show programming.

I'm thinking that this might be a good candiate for a "plugin" feature, rather than being built into the base of DigiScript itself? There's something similar with #104 where I would like to have configurable and user written plugins to enhance the behaviour of both front end (needs some thought with adhoc vue code generation...) and backend processes
