Drizzle + Tanstack Query circular json in key error

When trying to create a generic hook

type DraftSetQueryArgs = Parameters<typeof db.query.draftSet.findFirst>[0];
const useExampleDraftSet = (args: DraftSetQueryArgs) => {
  return useQuery({
    queryKey: ['completedSet', args],
    queryFn: async () => db.query.draftSet.findFirst(args),
  });
};

and calling it like

  import { draftSet as dsm } from '@/repo';
  
  const query = useExampleDraftSet({ where: eq(dsm.setId, set.setId) });

I get the error

cyclical structure in JSON object

Has anyone been able to handle this?

You can remove the circular json using something like

const stringifyCircularJSON = (obj: unknown) => {
  const seen = new WeakSet();
  return JSON.stringify(obj, (k, v) => {
    if (v !== null && typeof v === 'object') {
      if (seen.has(v)) return;
      seen.add(v);
    }
    return v;
  });
};

but you still end up with massive keys due to the inclusion of the table definition dsm (draftSetModel in my example { where: eq(dsm.setId, set.setId) }
