Issue:

Title only mentions iPhone. It is supported by other webkit/blink browsers I believe
Code only shows -webkit-. IE supports it as -ms- and Firefox as -moz-.

Fix:

Make text more neutral instead of just iPhone.
Include the other prefixes and perhaps unprefixed (it is kind of on the standards path. Not updated draft since 2012 though)
