IE11 Windows Phone 8.1 Update added (partial) support for -webkit-appearance: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn793580(v=vs.85).aspx

Would be great to update page to reflect that.

None prefixed version should probably not be listed first as it is non-standard, and it may not be added unprefixed.
