Create column layouts

using css columns for flexbox

people will want image on one side, text on another, etc.

Is there an easy way to do this right now? I would like a list on the left and 
an image on the right. I can't find an easy to way to do this and I would 
rather not go hacking up the css.

There's a "columns-2" class as seen on this slide:

Would that work? You could also try floats.
