PIE standard replacing Pecl should have FrankenPHP involvement

PECL is in the process of being replaced with a Packagist based system very similar to Composer. The working name is PIE (PHP Installer for Extensions). There was a good video interview about this effort with the PHP Foundation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWsGDUCxbT0

At no point was FrankenPHP mentioned, nor was there any mention of it in the project discussion document. I am curious if there has been any consideration on either side toward making the new system compatible with FrankenPHP. It is an opportunity for advocacy and to make configuration of FrankenPHP even easier than it currently is.

Development has just begun, so it is a perfect window to propose support.
