Docker compose failure

Hello, I wanted to start using this symfony-docker, unfortunatelly the build will not be success.

Context

• Docker: Docker version 24.0.7
• OS: Windows 11

Error
When I run the command: docker compose build --no-cache

It looks like the pecl server is down. Can you try again?

If I comment the apcu installation. everything works well

Probably because pecl.php.net is come back, otherwise intl, opcache and zip could not be installed as well.
