wheel package installation via anaconda command prompt - issue #17

whiling installing .whl for the gdal, rasterio, shapely, geopandas, pyproj and rasterio package files via anaconda command prompt i'm getting following errors: ERROR 1: Can't load requested DLL: C:\Program Files\GDAL\gdalplugins\gdal_FITS.dll 127: The specified procedure could not be found.
And so on.
