Basic Description

Summary describing the initiative including relevant stakeholders, data, etc.
This idea originated from a meeting with Zia Mehrabi. The idea is that we'd model the agricultural system with the hopes to to develop a model that would simulate a real world ag system. The very high level overview is

• Aggregating supply of food grown in a particular area
• Where it goes (supply chain)
• Where it's consumed and at what rate

The aim of this kind of project would be to visualize the flow of food and eventually model the impact things like natural disasters could have on the system.
