scripts/beat_by_beat_analysis.R: Permission denied

Hi, I'm trying to run the code of your project and check the results for better understanding. I've run the first two parts, segmentation of the left ventricle and ejection fraction computation, but I'm unable to run the third part that is beat_to_beat cardiac function assesment. In your project you have mentioned to run scripts/beat_analysis.R whereas no file exists with this name. There is a file named scripts/beat_by_beat_analysis.R but when I try to run it, it says permission denied. Kindly guide me further on how to solve this.

Can you pl share your error in detail here? i.e. the error you are facing if you can pl copy-paste the same that will be really helpful
