lookup prefixes regardless of peer #7

A comparison can be made with this type of looking glass: you input the prefix once, and you see it for all the neighbors that have the route with all their attributes http://lg.ring.nlnog.net/prefix_detail/lg01/ipv4?q=www.nlnog.net |
I will implement that in the birdwatcher tomorrow. As for the UI part, that will probably have to wait until next week. |

some kind of way to input a prefix and get all possible paths from all peers would be useful (including that some paths might be rejected while others are not)
