Recurring: Update Copyright Notice #260

In #224 we update the copyright notices once.

However, this should be done recurringly each year.
That means:

We could create a recurring task that makes us update the years at least once a year.
It could also become a task before publishing a new release
We could automate it in some way

What's your opinion?
