Missing assets in Arcadia Reference

Most (if not all, I did not go through all of them) of the diagrams that are part of Arcadia Reference - User Manual are missing (the browser gets 404 when attempting to fetch the resources). The same occurs when attempting to fetch the diagrams being part of Arcadia Reference - Reference Manual.
