Release Eclipse M2E 2.1.0

We are planning to release M2E 2.1.0 by the end of this week (Thursday 24th Nov. 2022 or Friday 25th).
This release is intended to be contributed to the Eclipse simultaneous release 2022-12.

Please help us by testing the latest snapshot and report any regression compared to the latest release M2E 2.0.5.
