Bug Description:

In bluePrint，The code error message box will be obscured

Steps to Reproduce:

1.First create two .ts type files
2.Layout two .ts files top to bottom
3.Write some error code and put the mouse on the error code

• Operating System:Windows11
• Theia Version: Theia Blueprint Version 1.41.1(Beta) VS Code API Version 1.80.0
