Rejected referral allanmogapi by tico is not a duplicate

Describe the bug
November 15, 2022 username allanmogapi was reserved on earnproton.com (Status 1)
November 16, 2022 username allanmogapi signed up for a Proton account (Status 2)
November 16, 2022 allanmogapi was KYCed and verified (Status 3)
Promised reward of $2 XPR never happened for 2 months and 10 days
January 26, 2023 tico rejected the referral as a duplicate (Status 4)
allanmogpi has only one KYCed account on Proton chain.

Expected behavior
From status 3 it was supposed to move to status 6 and accounts allanmogapi and bolelang paid XPR worth $2 each
