Rejected referral tumiiet by tico has not expired

Describe the bug
November 17, 2022 username tumiiet was reserved on earnproton.com (Status 1)
November 17, 2022 username tumiiet signed up for a Proton account (Status 2)
November 17, 2022 tumiiet was KYCed and verified (Status 3)
Promised reward of $2 XPR never happened for 2 months and 9 days
January 26, 2023 tico rejected the referral as a expired (Status 4)
tumiiet did all the required processes and approved in one day.

Expected behavior
From status 3 it was supposed to move to status 6 and accounts tumiiet and bolelang paid XPR worth $2 each
