Rejected referral kagisomasela by tico has not expired

Describe the bug
November 14, 2022 username kagisomasela was reserved on earnproton.com (Status 1)
November 15, 2022 username kagisomasela signed up for a Proton account (Status 2)
November 15, 2022 kagisomasela was KYCed and verified (Status 3)
Promised reward of $2 XPR never happened for 2 months and 11 days
January 26, 2023 tico rejected the referral as expired (Status 4)
kagisomasela did all the required processes and approved in two days.

Expected behavior
From status 3 it was supposed to move to status 6 and accounts kagisomasela and bolelang paid XPR worth $2 each
